Youth Employment Services (YES)

The Y.E.S. program empowers eligible Tuscarawas County youth and young adults to have a personal and professional future that is meaningful, productive, and fulfilling.

The Y.E.S. program offers training on financial literacy, leadership skills, resume writing, interviewing, pre-employment skills, as well as provides opportunities for PAID work experience in a variety of settings, incentives when you meet your goals, and continued follow-up support to assist you on your career path. Additionally, the Y.E.S. program can provide supportive services including but not limited to, transportation to and from class and work sites, work-related clothing and equipment, driver’s permit and licensing reimbursement, and interview clothing.
