2024 HARCATUS Community Services Client Satisfaction Surveys are now available. Please, take a moment to provide us feedback from your recent experiences in our local Community Services offices. These surveys can be completed online or in our local offices.
Community Services Block Grant (CSBG) is a core program of HARCATUS, and provides assistance to minimize the effects of poverty for low-income households in Harrison, Carroll and Tuscarawas Counties.

The Food Pantry and Taxable Item program has been created to aid in providing non-perishable food items and taxable items on an emergency basis to income eligible Harrison County residents. The Food Pantry runs solely on the donations of product and/or money and is run by volunteers.

The Fundamental Threads program provides clothing, blankets, other miscellaneous thread items that are available.
Currently HARCATUS is collecting donations of new packs of socks and underwear for distribution.
