The Senior Nutrition Program (SNP) provides nutritious meals to persons over 60 years of age. SNP meals offer one-third of daily nutritional requirements as determined by the USDA. Participants enjoy meals on weekdays at the Harrison County congregate sites where other activities are available. Meals may also be delivered to eligible homebound individuals.


Transportation is provided from Scio, Jewett, and Bowerston areas to the Cadiz Senior Center by the Harrison County Committees on Aging.


HARCATUS SNP is funded in part by the Older Americans Act through the Area Agency on Aging Region 9, Inc. and the Ohio Dept. of Aging.


HARCATUS is a qualified PASSPORT Service Provider.

The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
